Onboarding, contracts, and everything else
Do you migrate data from our existing ERP or paper registers?
Yes. Chaimount imports admissions, gradebooks, attendance, and staff records from most common school ERPs, spreadsheets, and paper registers. Growth and Enterprise plans include assisted migration.
How long does onboarding usually take?
For a single-campus school with clean data, live in 2 to 4 weeks. For multi-campus groups with fragmented data, allow 6 to 10 weeks. Chaimount runs in parallel with your current process during that window.
Is the pricing per student or per school?
The tier is chosen by band of student strength, not per-seat. A school does not pay more for adding a section mid-term as long as the total stays inside the band.
What happens if we grow past a tier during the year?
You stay on the current tier for the rest of the annual term. The renewal moves to the next band.
Can we cancel mid-year?
Contracts are annual. If Chaimount stops working for the school for any implementation reason we can identify, we do not hold you to the term.
Do teachers pay individually?
No. Chaimount is licensed to the school. Teachers get access as part of the school subscription.
